Savannah Munier, PA-C
Our Certified PAs work closely with a board-certified physician. Physician Assistants in dermatology are able to evaluate the whole patient and often fulfill a key role in early detection and prevention. They perform physical exams, order & interpret lab test, perform non-excisional surgical procedures, prescribe medications and counsel patients on their conditions, prognosis and treatment plans. Like physicians, Certified PAs (PA-C) complete an intensive general medical education, pass rigorous national certification exams and are licensed by state medical boards. Throughout their medical career, PAs stay up-to-date through rigorous ongoing recertification education and assessment requirements.
Savannah (Crist) Munier was born and raised in Ormond Beach and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in anthropology before attending South College in Atlanta where she received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies. She specializes in complex medical dermatology and surgical dermatology and has a particular interest in treating hidradenitis suppurativa and psoriasis.
When she is not working, Savannah enjoys reading, watching reality tv, crocheting, and spending time with her husband, her goldendoodle, and her family.
